Metamorphoses weaves together a wide range of transformations in New York's Financial District that have been shaped by its economic frameworks since its initial settlement New Amsterdam in 1629. The transformations were collected from personal observations as well as economic literature, news media, archives, etc.

Metamorphoses is part of The Wall Street Project, which is based on the artist's proposition that financial capitalism is the most prolific and influential sculpting force existing today and the prospect that an in-depth study of this form-giving could help to see its underlying processes, ideologies, and structural impacts anew.
